Ok so I went out ytd (after about 2 weeks worth of mahjong, outings, lazing and basically slacking) with the sole intention of finding a part time job! Went to dte and then ws....and ended up strolling around with a cup of milkshake. I'm so hopeless. When I went home my mum asked if I'd managed to find a job. When I said no she was like *raise eyebrow* *why you so useless*

It's not like I don't wanna work, I really want to! But the fact that I won't be available from 23-26 Feb and my first half of March is fully booked makes me feel bad for any employer who urgently needs a part-timer. And all the shops that I wanna work at are not hiring, only the sian ones hiring. Almost got stuck with a 9h-4day/week job at some cosmetics shop in WS. When they called I went to google the number and promptly ignored it hahaha. If only Kbox didn't close down lor. Damnnn.

Ok I'm just rambling on hahaha. Just wanted to update something since I haven't done so in a long time. The consequence of tweeting/path-ing so much now that I have a smartphone. Shall insert some random pictures from my phone!

Oh yeah Valentine's Day! I actually took this picture below and wanted to tweet it cos D went off to school and could only come back at 5pm even though we were supposed to spend the day together. I was so unhapppyyy hahaha yah I know I'm so unreasonable.

But then he came back at 1pm!! And just when I finished editing it (cos I had absolutely nothing else to do except to wait) and was halfway typing some emo momo forever alone tweet, he came back with THESE!

Kk so anyway!!

Went to Vivo with Anna today to gai gai! Caught a super lame movie n did some catching up hehe! Bought a top from f21 even though I wasn't supposed to. Need money laa I wanna go shopping leh!

Tmr I'll be taking prac 5. After getting 3 immediate failures and 60+ demerit points on my first try (fyi that's ALOT, like skyrocketingly high), it's pretty demoralizing and I haven't been going to many revisions. But I'm gonna try again tomorrow! Been going to pracs and revisions with this super nice girl called Agnes since prac 2 or 3, we're damn nua together one lolol but it's so much more enjoyable when you go with a friend! When I'm with her I won't be as paiseh as when I'm alone, and somehow I'll be able to do better. And I think it's the same for her too (I hope)!

But it's at 8.30am tmr and I'll have to wake up at 6.45am. FML I hate the distance. Shall go sleep now. Goodnight and wish me luck! ^.^

Internship is over, can unprivate my blog alr ohoho. And my business with Ngee Ann Poly is (almost) done! All that's left to do now is wait for the Safeassign link to be up, upload and then submit. Then byebye to student life for good!

While it sounds and feels awesome, I gotta keep reminding myself that I'm unemployed now and my money won't last forever. With the holidays and bike lessons and all the other shit I'll be totally broke by March if I don't get a job soon. I've thought about my future, and truthfully I feel that there ain't much to think of.

Get a slack job that pays me enough to get me tide me through every month + have a lil savings, and with that money I'll do all the things I've ever wanted to do, go to all the places I've ever wanted to go.

Then get married and settle down.

Yup that's about it.

Ex-colleague said I am spoilt, but I don't think so. In fact, I know for a fact that I'm probably gonna be happier than he'll ever be. Anyway there's no point for me in getting a career when I know that I'm not cut out to slog my days away in an office. When I have no intention to work hard for other people. When I hate stress. When I don't need a thousand material comfort and luxuries to survive.

And when I know I'm fucking lazy.

Haha. It's one of the most outstanding traits of a Libra. It's a piss poor excuse but because I'm too lazy, there you go!

Ok so anyway the point of this entry is that I WENT TO BUY TOTO JUST NOW.

Hahaha yah I know so fuckin frivolous LOL. But it's 10 MILLION LEH. When I win it later at 7 or 8 pm I'm not too sure, I'll so totally blog about it and become more famous than NAOMI NEO, even though it's only to be expected. Winning TOTO, that is, not being more famous than Naomi Neo. Her name is so hard to type I keep typing neomi. I'm not being sarcastic I'm really gonna win later. Just wait and see.

Ok I blogged about this topic on LJ awhile ago but I still can't get it off my mind.

I spent the first few seconds of 2012 wishing he was there with me, watching the beautiful fireworks together.

How could I just know someone for one night and miss him so much for such a long time omg. I think I fall for people very easily hahaha, plus I'm especially super susceptible to gentlemanly guys. He doesn't look like much but I've gotta admit he's an amazing guy, too bad I probably won't get to see/speak to him again. And so many other girls like him too it's crazy considering he's only a little above average looking. It's his charm man, no joke.

I just wanna go on and on about him but I dunno how to describe anything in words, it's just the feeling. Like we've been friends for a long time...? At first look, he reminded me of x. And when I got to know him better I found out that he's everything else that I wished x was.

Was quite drunk that night and I really saw him PURELY as a friend, so I only rmb bits and pieces of what happened. But I rmbed us holding hands and him calling me his best friend hehe. Oh well. This will fade off soon.

It's two more days to Christmas.

Feels like so much has happened this year. I'm sure everyone has grown up in different ways, for this year will be our last year as teens.

For me, this year, for the first time in my whole life, I found myself struggling to grasp the fact that people close to me CAN die. It's always been someone elses' friend, someone elses' family member. But then Gel had her thyroid, and my sister has that thing on her back (still no idea wtf is it though it's looking positvely bad). Honestly I was damn scared for them, and even more for myself cos I'm fucking petrified by the thought of the people I love dying, no kidding. There's prolly a long ass name for this kind of fear.

And then there's Darren, and even though we've managed to scrape through our last issue, I wonder how long more can we keep up with this. But 2 years is a long time for me and we were so good together, so I don't know...But one thing's for sure, he'll always be in my heart just like a tattoo. Which is not really a good thing lol.

These are just two of the many not so good things that happened this year. 2011 was definitely not one of the best years I've had, but one thing I've learnt is to always focus on the good stuff!

And then you'll realize that there are many things to be grateful for.

Anw, here are some of the memorable experiences I've had this year:

Working at Kbox with awesome people. Miss working there so bad.
Made some really awesome friends from my PR group
Went to Batam with Darren - first time going overseas as a couple
Attended a fanmeet (Aaron Yan's) as media
Took up riding
I got my first tattoo (and then another)
Failed my electone exams for the first time
Smoked weed for the first time
Got pissed drunk for the first time

The bottom few may not be like good stuff but they were great memories. I mean, failing my exam was horrible but the memories of how much I cried that day are somehow bittersweet~ Idk man but it was not a bad memory.

And last night was not a bad memory too. Went for another ride with x to TP, but the place we wanted to go was locked, so we headed to ECP instead. When I'm with him I forget everything else and time passes so fast it's almost magical. And he's so shy it's so cute!! Hahaha okay thats enough, Merry Christmas!

ARGH

I'm so fucking annoyed with Darren. Don't wanna talk to him, much less meet him any time soon man. Ave was right I need him to know that I'm not always gonna be there and he can't just take me for granted. But then he's so fucking bo chap that he's not even jealous or worried. And it pisses me off so fucking bad. I really wish we could just have a big fight like any other couple and get over us once and for all lor seriously.

So here's what happened...

NOTHING.

That's right, nothing fucking happened. He never called nor texted since ytd afternoon after saying he'll call me back cos he was so busy playing in the arcade.

That just shows how fucking much he cares man, seriously. After everything, he still takes me for granted. I know he's not the caring clingy type and I'm grateful for that, but this is unexpected even from him. I mean, if a girl you like is going for a 14h overnight beach party the least you can do is tell her to be careful and take care right? Even xq managed that so I don't see why Darren would have any reason to have not at least left a msg.

And okay, even if I give him the benefit of doubt that he thought I wouldn't pick up his call/see the msg, he could at least called to check on me in the morning/afternoon right. BUT NO. No no no no, not even until now. What if I had like some freak accident there? Or if I got pissed drunk I'm passed out somewhere? Or if I got fucking raped and killed? I'm sorry but it'd be too fucking late to give a shit then.

Hahaha this is probably a 'what the fuck is wrong with girls' scene when the guy doesn't call for one night and the girl goes "this is not working out" LOL. But seriously man, this is not working out. FOR REAL.

Reason why I decided to lock up my blog is cos my supervisor (Vivian) read it. I was like *pokerface* when she told me about it but inside I was panicking like OMGWTFBBQ did I write anything suicidal?!

So yeah, totally locking it until my internship ends! Now I can write anything I want without worrying anymore wheeee~

Anw, we went to the Pasir Ris farmway area with kell n kl. Damn alot of puppies and kittens there, super cute somemore. I'm in love with pomeranians man, I didn't even know until ytd. But we couldn't find a single shetland puppy cos apparently it's damn rare cos nobody breeds it in Singapore anymore. Boooo.

After that walked all the way to Ikea for dinner - meatballs and chicken wings!

Superman shirts we bought from the marvel shop at Bugis! Teehee!

And went bowling with the gang on 11.11.11 after work (which ended late and made me miss dinner *pissed*)

But it was awesome fun teehee! Check out the names lol crazy bitches!

Then went to cafe for awhile before heading home. My fluffy and it's warm comforting awesomeness!

After everything, I've realised that the only people I can be myself with are still the people I've known since young.
When we were able to totally open up to each other without fear of showing any weakness and getting fucked over.
When we were still sincere to everybody, with no hidden agenda behind any word or action.
When there were no unspoken strings attached to every single thing.
When we'd face shit together without backing out on each other.
When friends were more important to us than everything/anything else
When we would never sacrifice our friends to selfishly protect ourselves
When we still knew the meaning of friendship.

Don't really know how to put it, but it's just different. To be totally honest, I will not sacrifice personal time for anyone I've known in poly except for a handful (you know who you are!) I know I'm getting really selfish, but hey, so is everyone else.

The friends I meet now, I'd never know them as well as their sec sch friends know them, and vice versa. It's sad thinking about it, but I don't think there's anything that can be done to change this - we just grew up.

Utterly random post cos I've been totally neglecting this space. But nothing interesting has been going on lately leh bo pian. I really wanna go Msia shopping man. Need new clothes! Bad timing T.T

Oh yeah there was a photoshoot at Sentosa of some new sport for my int company. Was pretty fun but now I have my fingermarks on my back cos I nv bua the sunblock properly. My sunblock was so fuckin awesome I swear, gonna use it everytime I go out in the sun from now on. Wo bu yao bian hei!

Tagged along with the supervisors all and went to look at the place before the shoot itself, and we ended up drinking at Wavehouse? Fucking unprepared I was wearing like the company shirt and berms, cui max ~.~

Had a graveyard in 2 mouths and then one lambo and a couple more beers. And after that, for the first time in my life, I got so fucking drunk that I totally don't remember what I did/said. With my managers and supervisors all there. And D and I were just discussing the other day about how impossible people can get so drunk that they don't rmb anything. Tada, that's how.

Cb really fucking fucking paiseh I swear, puke like nobody's business. After that they went to a lesbian bar (dragging me along) and I fucking laid on the road and slept LOL.

I thought I was alright with drinking man, apparently not. Need to train harder! LOL nah jokes I don't wanna get breast cancer.

I'm so hungry. Forever hungry. Still haven eat the double mac spicy with hot and spicy shaker fires yet! Wanting to eat it since forever man. Recently at office I've been eating chicken porridge from the canteen, it's damn good! Healthy also. Need to lose weight alr sia.

I hate my face, hate my pimples and eye circles. And I've been camping at D's house for almost a week now. Went to buy pimple cream ytd to put at his place, everytime I stay there long enough my complexion becomes like shit cos we sleep damn late and my bodyclock wont allow me to wake up late anymore. Whole day fucking nua. I miss my beanie!

This is like a diarrhoea of random thoughts man hahaha.

Went to Timbre last weekend, my first time there! Went off to meet the girls after a mega awesome lunch at Fish & Co w D and his mum. It was kinda an impromptu thing, so I had zero make up on. Looked damn chui so cannot anyhow camwhore take pics!

That night was suay for us cos it was a blues night. But got happy hour the whole night so yeah!

And Zirca on Fri night with Ave, Julie, Carmen and JunKai for Halloween! Chionged home from work sia, thought I was gonna be late but end up I was the earliest teehee! I brought the left over 1L Martell and I was pretty sure we won't be able to finish it in the queue cos it was more than half full. End up also gan far before we reached the entrance.

It was a crazy night srsly. We went from zirca - rebel - shanghai dolly - beer market then back to zirca/rebel. Had to take care of the other girls with Junkai cos after the graveyard they were all fucking high, falling all over the place on the dancefloor. Lucky I sort of controlled and didn't drink much cos got practical the next day.

My first time babysitting man, it's not an easy job, esp when you're high yourself T.T But by the end of the night I also cui hahaha. Fucking tired + no dinner + high, add some cigs into the equation and I was pretty much gone.

Thankfully I managed to wake up for prac the next day yay. And even more miraculously, I passed it! Finally, on to prac 3!

Celebrated my 19th at home on Saturday night with the 4/8 peeps and lotsa booze ohoho. Think we were damn loud cos my mum kept telling us to lower the volume at least 10 times. Oops. Hope everyone had fun cos I sure did!

And yeah as you can see, we were all shitassed ~~drunk~~ high cept for Steph LOL. But I swear I could still thinking straight, just that I couldn't be bothered to keep up appearances since everybody else is wasted too hahaha.

At the lobby damn epic. I srsly cannot maintain alr and Meera walked into the pillar hahaha! Steph said something like she's the mother with 6 drunk kids or something LOL. But everyone got home safe that night so it was all cool!

And Sunday, the actual day of my birthday, was pretty messed up LOL.

This is the super pretty cake that my boss Vivian bought for me. Walao felt damn bad that day sia wanted to die hahaha. Cos I was supposed to go work on Sunday then go play pool with Kim Victor and D after work. But Sat was fucking mad lah, so obviously Sunday I couldn't wake up, all hungover and shit.

So I skipped work and was otw to get an MC then have lunch before heading down to ECP for pool when Kim called, all pissed off saying that VIVIAN BOUGHT ME A CAKE. And that she's pissed cos I'm not there. I WAS LIKE WTS I had no fucking idea! Zitao panic and cabbed straight there. Guilty like mad sia haha. I srsly don't like surprises man, I appreciate it but please tell me first!!

But anw Vivian was damn nice about it when I reached there, if she was angry she didn't show it at all. I shall work hard and not complain about shop shifts anymore T.T T.T

So before cutting the cake and while waiting for Victor we went out to cycle on the double bicycle (it was my first time and I kept screaming and pissing D off LOL), which went missing after we blew the cake ~.~

Then went to Wild for Wings! Had 4 Honey Lemon, 4 Cajun and 3 Hot and 1 Fire wings. Damn good!

My fire wings! It's the second spiciest there I think, second to some ghost chilli thing. Was feeling adventurous haha. Nobody else wanted to eat it though so I was suffering alone until victor and kim ate their hot wings!

Lips swollen like fuck! The fire wings are no joke man, at least twice as spicy as KLP's Korean chicken. My fingers were still burning and fucking sore the next day lor.

Then went for dinner at Zen next door. Food's not bad but the portion is, um, zen zen ippai~! Fail pun but u get the gist haha. Like what Victor said, all things with "Zen" in their name give a bad impression LOL.

Atmostphere was good, but fine dining isn't really our style I guess~

Yup that ends my most stressful birthday ever!

I was hung over
Took an hour long bus ride to get an MC while having a mega headache
Failed to get an MC in the end
Was informed that I was missing from my own birthday surprise
Boss and friends were pissed
Rented bike got stolen
Ate the spiciest wings I've ever eaten in my 19 years, burning my lips fingers and stomachh
D fell sick after dinner, we cabbed home straight and didn't even go play pool
Spent the whole of the next day taking care of him (and burning my off day ~.~)

I'm such a bad person but I was really pissed that he fell sick man. I could have gone out, no I should have. I mean srsly, how often can a person get sick?

Gonna be 19 in about 30 hours. Fml. Really tired now, super sian day at shop. Plus it's raining so all I really wanna do is sleep. But it's still so early I feel obligated to at least play Maple for 2 hrs b4 sleeping. Hais.

Life's been boring, don't like internship very much but it's better than going to school I guess. So much less pressure. I'm always ~~stoned~~ on energy saving mode at work. Need to call up fightworks soon, D agreed to go there learn boxing yay. And I passed my prac 1 with two tries teehee happy!

OMG.

Nuffnang's giving out premiere tix for Real Steel!!!

This time, however, it's different from the ~~boring~~ usual "like the FB page, play the game and blog about it". Nuffnang wants us to name one function we want our robot to have and why.

Note: I don't know anything about boxing, so I'm gonna take it in the context of MMA. Here goes!

Ok. My robot right, will have everything that a strong fighter has, plus super flexibility. Yes yes, it's more of a characteristic rather than a function, but it's gonna be fucking useful! Idk about the robots in Real Steel, but from what I know about robots, they aren't exactly the most flexible machines around.

Well, just to give a little background on why I choose flexibility! D and I have been fooling around wrestling each other recently. Submission moves, take downs, the like. It's one of the reasons why I deliberated so long and ended up not getting my naval piercing in the end ytd, but I'll save that for another time. So D obviously doesn't go all out most of the time lah, but I do. And so far I've only managed to win....once. Sad case.

Cos even if I know every single jujitsu move, and even if I'm strong enough to pin him down, I will NEVER flexible enough to do the moves that require more flexibility.

Like this armbar, we tried it last night. I have his arm locked, but I can't finish the move cos my leg can't go high enough round his head. #FAIL

Therefore, flexibility is ESSENTIAL. I mean, using the same example of the armbar. IF my robot can get her opponent into that position, that's one arm down. Do it again on the other arm and the fight's over. And in this case she can just break the arm cos they're robots, can just fix back. Plus if I'm not wrong, you can actually make a bigger/stronger person submit if you do it right.

So, being flexible enough to squirm, wriggle or forcefully squeeze yourself out of shit's way is a function that my robot must have!

Ok. To be honest, after writing so much, I realized that my argument is flawed. Because if all this is in the context of MMA then obviously the opponent will be flexible too....but I don't care, I STILL WANT HER TO HAVE SUPER FLEXIBILITY. She can get a career change and be a sexy pole dancing robot if she fails in MMA. Not too bad either.

Time passed pretty damn quickly this week, it's already almost the end of the week. Today's been a long day, but I PASSED MY RTT at last. Damn impatient to start prac lor, wait so long alr.

Anw, check out my new toy teehee!

Everyone who've seen it was so fascinated by it hahahaha. I was too, it's like magic cos the smoke comes out of nowhere. Till now I still don't know how it works, can't be bothered to find out. But it doesn't taste good (tastes like fucking coffee I hate coffee), doesn't give the high and it makes my throat itch when I smoke it in the morning I don't know why. Good thing about it is can smoke anywhere without stinking up the whole place, eg on the bus, on the train, on the cab, on the bed, fucking everywhere ohoho. Just don't let anyone see.

But honestly, I think it was a waste of my moneh LOL. But oh well, it's a novelty, new things must try hehheh. Recently (okay maybe not just recently), I've been telling myself "In life everything also must try!" So when Kell talked about naval piercings last week, I suddenly realized that I've never considered getting one before though I've always thought it is damn sexy.

So guess what, we're gonna go get it on Sunday teehee! According to the forums Kell showed me, alot of ppl get rejection/shifts/scars all that shit. Bo pi we don't kena!

Ohh and btw! All you ppl interning in offices be grateful eh, cos today Kim and I camped at Macs at ECP for 3~ hrs to do our work because we didn't have Internet connection at the shop.

But srsly, I think the weekdays spent at ECP are kinda wasted, cos so far all the weekdays I went they didn't really need extra manpower there. But oh well, like what Ben said, even if we just nua also must go cannot kpkb so much, chuay daiji only. Said our road would be tough cos nobody else is walking with us and we'll have to settle our own probs and find our own solutions, sad life of an intern. Must rmb to bring mobile broadband alr.

2 years ago on 090909, D & I got together as a couple.

It was all great but slowly we started to get bored of each other. We still had lots of fun when we're together but it was just different, and we talked about it. About how we both wanted to date other people, how we didn't wanna settle down just yet.

So one fine day, I was otw to AMK to meet him when I decided there's no point in carrying on like this anymore. We broke up somewhere in April with no tears, no fights, no drama. I remember super clearly, it went like this:

Me: "B, let's be friends."
D: "Huh really ah. Okay."
Me: "Okay."
*Pause*
D: "That was easy."

and then we became BROS!

LOL.

For awhile at least, but after that we decided not to be bros anymore, cos whenever we're together we'd naturally just hold hands and stick really close together. Like gay HAHA. So we levelled up to friends with benefits. All the perks of being in a relationship, minus the commitments and exclusivity. (Y)!

But then comes the explaining to other people about our relationship. Some are cool with the idea, but some people think it's...deviant? So I'll try to avoid the topic or just lie altogether because people judge.

Like my mum, I'm not gonna tell her that we've broken up, cos beside the fact that she'd question me about why we still go to each other's house (to her break up = no more communication), she'd start thinking that every time I go out with a guy it's SOMETHING. ~.~

Because it's still considered unconventional in Singapore, people have this impression that if you're in a FWB relationship (or as some ppl call it, FB - fuck buddies): Guy has commitment issues, girl is a slut.

Right right? Don't deny it hahaha

But hor, this is actually a misconception.

Think about it.

In a FWB relationship, it's like you're single. You're ALLOWED to date other people (or fuck them if you happy) while keeping a close relationship with your partner. But it doesn't mean that the guy is a loser who's afraid of committing to one girl, nor does it mean that the girl easily sleeps around with guys. It just means that there are no emotional attachments further than friendship.

Anw, unless you're really promiscuous, it's not like you'll anyhow date and fuck random people whenever you're single also right. It's the same thing.

And if it's worth anything, I've actually began to appreciate the little things more, instead of taking them for granted when we're in a relationship. The "I miss you"s become so much more precious because they're no longer said out of obligation - they're our true feelings. Well, mine at least. When he says it, it makes me really happy when it didn't have any effect in the past.

Okay so now that I've got that out of the way....

Last weekend was really fun!

Friday was Marie's birthday heehee. D and I went to Ria for Ayam Penyet, then Dessert Story. Played with the bubble gums and dropped natas into the bubbles we blew LOL. Damn retarded hahaha and the entire time the shaved ice was just left there, melting and neglected~ :( Can actually see the natas inside the bubble in the picture, we dropped like 3-4 in at one go.

Then bowling, dinner and MJ with the Ks the next day! I'm fucking horrible at bowling but it was fun! Dinner was at some korean smokeless restaurant at Outram. Super ulu place but the buildings there are pretty!

Had our first meeting at internship today. Third day, go go go! Have to go down shop on Friday, hope everything goes well and the people there are nice. Regret asking for shop now, the office is pretty cosy and slack. Oh well. Need to get some exercise anyway, I can literally feel my leg muscles tightening alr.

It's the second day of internship! It's busy and slack at the same time cos Kim and I have an entire conference room to ourselves without any bosses most of the time. There's quite alot of work to do but...it's really fun! Organizing real events, contacting real bloggers and sponsors are not as easy as it seems in school when we just have to theoretically plan events on paper.

Saw the Fright Night advert on Nuffnang just now and decided to do it since I have nothing better to do and it's been awhile since I won anything haha. I think I'm pretty much done for today and it's only 3pm haha. Need to stock up on snacks to bring to office alr.

Just so you know, it was second only to Nightmare on Elm Street back in the day, and honestly that series scared the shit out of me when I was young. D and I went to IT fair on Saturday to get a camera for his aunt before we headed over to Indoor Stadium to catch the ONE Fighting Championship with Kenneth. According to him it's the first and biggest MMA competition in Asia and we should be honoured to be there. Rightt. But it was damn goood, a real eye-opener baby. I pretty motivated to take up mt again now hahaha

Was quite disappointing, not as gory as the others though it had its moments (the gym scene was INTENSE).

Lunched at Thai Express, my first time there! I was shocked by the huuuge portion.

Not sure what I'm gonna do today. Slept at 2+am last night in an attempt to re-adjust my body clock from sleeping at 5+ the past week, but still I woke up at 3pm LOL. Think the problem is not about how long I sleep, but what time I wake up.

Smoked weed for the first time last night at xq's friend Ben's place. Damn high and fucking shiok. I kept giggling to myself, and they started laughing at me and the more they laughed the funnier everything got lol. It's super relax and shiok man.

Spent the whole of today rotting at home. I'm so lazy I don't even feel like playing maple lol. Reallly need to go download photoshop. Kind of regret bootcamping my mac, all my programs, add ons and settings all gone. Now I'm on Windows 95% of the time, my ipod and itunes aren't synced, I don't have a single Adobe software, and my Firefox looks like shit. So messed up, all for maple haha

Udders ice cream buffet w my OnlineJ class last week :D

It was pretty damn awesome, we got to make our own ice cream. Best is of course the free flow of ice cream AND waffle(!!) Their mao shan wang was mtfking madness.

Ave won vouchers for answering questions. And the coloured contact lens I bought from Msia, they're almost the same colour!

Last weekend went to play badminton with Gel, Anna, D and Gel's bro Deon. Play until rain haha we should do it more often, fun way to lose weight. Monday went to Kbox with gel! Thought there was the $8 promo. END UP DONT HAVE ALR, it ended last week knn.

But ohwell, it was still fun. Finally went over after so long, so nice to see everyone again. Ordered a vodka sprite and they made me some crazy cocktail with alot of ho liao inside LOL. One sip hot two sips high sia haha but it's the damn super shiok kind of high.

Today went for first 2 theory lessons. Wah damn sian damn emo I cannot take it. Tomorrow gonna spend another 6 hours straight at cdc. FML. So looking forward to prac lessons, I'm gonna chiong all the way man. And of course can't wait for next Monday too ohoho. Still haven't started studying T.T I'm so gonna fuck up my exams at this rate.

Time flies man, had the final lectures and tutorials in my life this week. After internship, when people ask me "what are you doing now", cannot say studying anymore. Sian. But oh well at least no more studying! I've had enough of deadlines and projects. Gonna get a slack job when I graduate and nuaaaaaaa until the day I 'wake up my idea' (if ever), and get my ass down to work hard.

Anw, it's August already, and I keep thinking what should I do on my birthday sia. Actually supposed to go Sentosa picnic then Wavehouse. But after what Small Char told me about the 19 year curse I abit kia kia sia. She say if celebrate big big, will have super bad luck for the whole of your 19th year...and now I kinda believe it. I'm becoming more and more pan tang HAHA. Oh and speaking of that I've decided to get a pentagram tattoo for protection next wk. Pan tang plus kia si. LOL!

Small Char and I went to JB on Tuesday, it was a mad rush ohoho *2k steps*. Shopped at KSL city, some mall that's quite new. I didn't buy much, but love the stuffs I got teehee! Had awesome durian puffs served by a hot guy, and bought contacts from a pretty boy who looks like Kim Hyun Joong, no kidding. I looked and then looked again, and stared into his eyes without even realising LOL (I was looking at his contacts cos both diff colour). He really super looked like KHJ, even Small Char said so! Been neglecting this space for too long shall update a little~

Marie just went back ytd. It's gonna be half a year until we meet again :( But everytime we meet always get alot of stuff done hahaha. Tattoos, mole removal (Yes I finally went for it HAHA), driving/bike license. Hopefully can pass by October, and get a bike in Nov!

Actually, I haven't really done much also luh. Even though I'm definitely not the hardworking person who does work everyday, it's still so busy sia. Always feel guilty when I read on Twitter that my groupmates are doing work at home and I'm preparing to go out FML. Individual projects are so much better for me, cos I know what I want, which is just to pass. Don't have to worry about pulling others down ~.~

D's been staying over at my place the past week cos his new house no bed yet. Tonight the bed coming so he went back. Suddenly I feel so lonely hahaha. Last night when we went over to help his mum with some stuffs, then the parquet floor was so new and smooth that we started doing all sorts of retarded stuff like handstands and sliding around, tried baby freeze too hahaha. It was so much easier than it looks!! Cho tanoshii desu!

But today is a wasted day man. Supposed to have flea market, but my mum got the date wrong. Should have gone for Kim's event instead and then go Zirca tonight. But then again tonight cfm damn crowded...oh well. Just stay home do work and nua. FML next week still got napfa for PFM...I'm so fucking screwed man.

Wave House last Sat was MOTHERFUCKIN AWESOME. Newfound love for beach parties baby. The crowd was awesome too, no loser bengs and lians dancing around everywhere. Plus the guys there majority got above average to super hot bods. And best part is that it's open air. Ahhhh. Too bad the drinks were really disappointing, was looking forward to the free flow lor.

I know I shouldn't be here writing things that will not be beneficial to me or my IMC report, but MAN I'M GAN PUA TIRED. And sian of everything. And I always find myself thinking of emo things. I'm not having my period, I'm getting the minimum 6hrs of sleep everyday (a far cry from the sec sch days but that's life), going home to my beanie and bears now that I don't go over to D's place so much, so I have no idea why I'm so tired. So I'm gonna rant. Then get back to doing my IMC report. FML.

I get really annoyed...

- When I'm tired and I wanna go home and people just keep talking...and talking...and just kill me now.

But thankfully they intended to hire us already. SO....YAYYAYYAYYAY!!!!

Then went MJ w Anna, Gel and her mum until 1+, so long nv play alr sia.

Later going play badminton and then go town again to get Anna's lappy~

Now that the internship is somewhat secured (only waiting for sch approval, I should srsly start trying getting my license man.

Then went to Shaw Lido, the new IMAX thingy cinema!
Damn crowded, and got well dressed ppl everywhere. *intimidating*

The fourth installation of Pirates of the Caribbean will be out on 19 May 2011 (next thursday), and Nuffnang is offering tickets to the gala premiere! So of course I'm gonna try get a pair hoho!

All I had to do was participate in this contest, whereby you answer a simple (when I say simple, I mean REALLY simple) question. You stand to win movie tickets and premiums from the contest itself!

And the other requirement was to blog about why I should win the tickets...so you actually get TWO chances to win tickets!

Okay! So...why the hell should I deserve tickets?!

I'm not buttering up but Disney movies have always been damn good, and POTC has always been my favourite series cos I'm not really a fan of cartoon/cute movies like Cars or Toy Story.

Coincidentally, the last Nuffnang movie premiere I went to was Tron, and it was a Disney movie too...and I fucking loved that movie too! ❤

Here are the reasons why I should win:

1) I think POTC is the best Disney movie series

2) Action + Adventure + Humour = Must watch!

3) I'm supposed to be doing my IMC report which is due on Friday, but instead I'm sacrificing time to blog this! SEE I'M SO ENTHU.

Sand, Sea and Shopping

Batam was pretty fucking awesome! The villa was mindblowing. Hope we can go back again someday ❤

Went to Megamall shopping center before we checked in. The shopping was really disappointing, can count with one hand lor.
Bought lotsa cigs, lighters and knives LOL. All destructive items.
Oh and we had Baskin Robbins and A&W: awesome.

After that went back to hotel, and got the keys to our villa! THE ROOM'S DAMN SHIOK. Got kitchen, dining table, couch+TV, super comfy bed with mosquito net, toilet half the size of the bedroom, bathtub, and a FANTASTIC SEA VIEW. Oh, and each villa got it's own internet connection!!

We didn't go jet ski in the end cos we were too lazy LOL. Once you're in there you won't wanna go outside lor, just wanna nua. Which was what happened to us haha. Ordered room service, then watched movies on HBO and then Supernatural on my lappy before attempting to go to the pub. But we didn't know where it was + D was lazy, so....we just went to sleep HAHA.

Went out for breakfast the next morning, then shopped another round at megamall before we ferry-ed back to SG and had a very disappointing dinner at Hans.

And that's it! We didn't do anything exciting or happening, but it was really relaxing and fun! ❤

Got my first pay from Kbox ytd! Yay!!

Went to Simpang with colleagues after work to eat, food was good but fuck man, I ordered the tissue prata and it never came LOL.

Played lan after that. It was a fuckin waste of money cos I suddenly had like a super duper headache and everything was literally spinning. Plus had to wait for the audi to patch. In the end only played 4 songs then it was 6am and we left. Lucky it's cheap lor.

Went straight to bed after reaching home, I didn't even bathe HAHA. But couldn't sleep sia, was only half asleep the whole time until B called at 1+. Fucked up, later I sure zombie one.

Anw, Batam is postponed :( :( :( cos B's passport expiring soon, need to renew first then can go. Sian lor, i took 2 days off for nothing, $100 fly~ then next week gotta take off again ~.~

But I shall make full use of the off days!! Now got money can go make my tattoo alr, ohoho! ❤

Hunger woke me up but fuck I'm so tired. I seriously hate how I always cannot type what I want on facebook because of the people I have added there *kids*. Should start deleting some groups of people already grr. Because of them I have to censor everything I wanna say and be careful about everything I post because it'll have a "bad influence" on them, so in the end I'll just tweeting, save the trouble. Anw, ytd met with Anna and Gel, and we went to Summer Breeze! Hoho we had a pretty good time, it's a nice chill out place. Shall go again next week or something!

After I got home, my sis was still up and we had a chat. She said so many things that make so much sense man. Made me think.

Wednesday B came over after work, and we went to play pool and sing for awhile at one of the rooms with the other guys who got off early cos there were very little customers. Went downstairs to watch The Man From Nowhere after that. Nice show sia, it's damn sad and the main chara DAMN strong (and sexay hahaha). Tompang the van home after that! But today my colleagues said that the manager was pissed off that day cos B is not staff, by right cannot tompang zzz. So stingy tsk ~.~

Anw ytd we went to watch World Invasion: Battle Los Angeles. It wasn't as good as the trailer made it out to be, but not bad luh some parts quite touching.

Stoned at the text box for awhile, thinking if I should bore what's left of the people who read this space with work related stuff. Then I realized that other than talking about Kbox, I don't really have anything else to blog about...? Don't even have any pictures :/

Actually, I've been aware that my writing has been lacking in substance ever since I came into poly, but I don't know what happened. I only know that in sec school I could write alot better, express myself with succinct sentences instead of having to rely on thesauruses to identify that word that is on the tip of my tongue (or fingers).

Hmm come to think of it, I think maybe I've been trying to go against the norm...? Everyone is so good in MCM, I know that even if I try I won't be any good, much less even near the best. So I rather make myself out to be that girl who is outstandingly bad in English but still managed to score an A1. It's like going, "EAT THAT, YOU PRETENTIOUS SUBPAR ANGMOH PAIS WITH A2/B3s!"

First off day after three days! Work's quite fun, everyone there is really nice. My shifu is this malaysian lady, she's damn damn nice and looks out for me like crazy! Everytime I walk past her when I'm sending drinks she'll be like "xiao xin ah~" haha. I haven't really been doing much so far, just sending drinks and stuff. I think overall, there's lots of time to slack if you're lucky/working on the right days. Like even though yesterday was supposed to be our busy day, during dinnertime everyone's just standing there eating bento and chit chatting lollol. My prayers came true, I like this job hehheh! Now I shall start praying that the fun will motivate me to go work and my laziness will not motivate me to quit~

Going to IT fair later to find Ave and B wants to buy some stuffs. Then go gym! So long nv go alr hahaha. Hope my 2.4 wont take 23 mins again LOL.

Feels Like Forever

It's our 1½ year anniversary today!

It feels as if I've already known him for a long long time. It's so comfortable being with him, I don't think I'll ever be this comfortable with anyone else, not even with my own family members.

I hope we'll be together until the day comes when we're both emotionally mature and financially stable enough to settle down. Even though I still yearn for single life, I shall be patient...because I'm quite sure that I'll get my chances in the 2 years when he's in NS LOL.

But srsly, I CAN'T WAIT TO BE A HOUSEWIFE! I'll go learn how to cook all the awesome stuff and smother my baby with kisses ahhhh~ and then nua and watch dramas all day long hahaha. gonna be useless max woo!

But until the day someone else provides for me, I've gotta go and earn some money to appease the Mother. Tmr's gonna be my first day at Kbox. Hope it's fun. No, actually, it's enough if it's just tolerable.

2. There were pavement roadblocks, we had to walk through the void decks
3. B scraped his leg against some random stone and bled
4. Got somewhat lost
5. The manager who was supposed to pass me my uniform wasn't in (I almost gave up on the job at that point haha)

It was just a very suay day haha. hope this tanks all the bad luck that's gonna come in the next few days!

On Friday night Hui Bin left for the US! Gonna see her again in 6mths time. It seems so awesome man I'm so envious but I think if it's me I wont go, I'll be homesick shitless. And that just makes me even more envious hahaha. We all went to have Swensens at the airport before she left, and 7 of us squeezed into one booth LOL, it was so hot~~~

ALMOST DONE WITH Y2!

hopefully nxt year i'll meet really nice people! hopefully same class as ave and charlotte and sab and all the ppl i know for my modules! hopefully wont have any same classes as the crazy girl. i barely talk to her but she gets on my nerves so damn much!

anw, today for radio boss came down to be my guest~ my lecturer commented that he was a good speaker hehheh. and we might be going jam tmr, booked the studio alr! *hope hope*

ooh and there's gonna be a major cousins gathering nxt week! i didnt know i had like 10+ older cousins until one of them initiated an outing and invited the rest of us. so i have like almost 30 cousins in total.
and it's just from my mother side. POWERPACKED (Y)

okay anw! backtrack!

friday went out with gel and marie! last outing before marie went back~ went to tm with gel to buy our pink bb uniqlo shirts (damn lucky cos mine was last piece HEH), met marie and went k at chinatown, some $10 place. the place is quite ulu but its damn worth it, got sharkfin and freeflow drinks! sang until like 7, then headed to lyp buy foods for steamboat at marie's hse~

our steamboat was quite fail at first cos it was tasteless and we didnt even have veggies haha. end up put in tomyam maggie mee and cheese! turned out quite good LOL. smelled like cheesy pasta-ish steamboat haha next tym we know what to add~

and mj after that! play play play and then finally gave up hahaha. i slept like a homeless person on the bench, gel used com. went home at 6 plus, then slept until like 12 and the noise woke me up ~.~

family gathering was pretty fun! won $14 from ban lak and b's mum came too~

went out with b, his mum and aunt on sunday! ate bbq chicken at thomson and then went nexx jalan jalan. everyone bought something cept for b lol. his mum bought me a super nice blouse!! love it!

wore the blouse on vday! morning went to school to film for webd, then met b, kelly n kliang at amk before we went to cine.

AND WE SAW JJ, as in lin jun jie!!
hahaha but they werent v enthu leh. i rmb i used to buy all his cds last time lor, but he now mia alr :( :( gel and i were just talking about him the other day~~

so anw, we went to play wii cos it was so boring. damn ex but v fun! play until my arms aching like mad cos of gym on sunday (yesh i went gym again, but 2.4 still fail LOL).

then watched i am number four! it was okayy ah not as good as expected, there could have been so so so much more. think there'll prolly be a sequel~ anw heng got the tix sia, i was banking on it and didnt buy b a vday present HAHA :X

1: Boss and I have no plans for Valentine's Day yet (it's actually quite sad), and we'll probably spend it watching some random movie. Worst comes to worst, we won't even meet at all since we have no plans. Getting premiere tickets to watch I Am Number Four will definitely make an awesome date!

2: The last time I won the Tron tickets, Boss wasn't able to make it because of his exams :(
But! I just called to confirm, he can make it this time...so!

Woo won almost $15 in mj last night heh. bimbo and yinai came over, and boss joined us cos everyone else cmi ~.~ my godma played too when b ko-ed cos of his flu haha

just went for a swim with b, tmr gg back to sch alr fuck. cant wait for hols, imma work my ass off and go to TW with gel and maybe my godma!!!! cant waitt omg, hope we really can go sia!

Been lookin forward to this year's CNY, and it hasnt been a letdown so far! There's a significant decrease in angpao collection, lack of awesome food, and I havent touched a single card/mj tile yet, but for some reason I've been enjoying the past 2 days alot~!

Been studiously putting on make up the last 2 days and its worth it, I like dressing up for a reason hehheh. And this CNY,
I realize that I love being Chinese.
There are so many pretentious people from my crappy course who are constantly doing their best to not BE Chinese, and knn it really really pisses me off ~.~

I may hate PRCs alot (who doesn't), BUT! I love our food, our traditional clothes (I super love cheongsams this year idk why), wearing the gold accessories just because its CNY, our ridiculously red decorations, and most of all family gatherings when it gets really really loud! Even though most of the time at relatives' houses I'm just stoning at one corner, I don't mind going because it's nice to see that the ancient people are still alive; cos you don't know whose mum/dad/ah gong/ah ma is going next :( :(

O well, on a lighter note, I'm really looking forward to next saturday! A lot of people don't believe how big my family is lor, they'll be like "really meh, mine also very big what!" So must take family photo! It wont be a complete one, but we haveee to get a family photo with as many of us inside as possible :D

So Happy CNY to all my family, friends and Chinese loving people! Have an awesome one!

pukey past few days zzzz, missed sch with b ytd too~

thursday went to watch green hornet with gel, IT SUCKS LOL. but jay chou was cute luh. watched the show because him, and we expected it to be bad but omg, it was way worse than expected! not to mention zhou dong's pronunciation. cute, but terrible T.T.

friday was IS presentation yay. over and done with. went tamp with kim walk walk and eat before going home~ and then i kinda slept for 27hrs, all the way until the next evening LOL. got up to puke a couple of times though T.T felt like shit, day 1.

saturday didnt swim with b, just watched him at tamp ~.~ but anw it was drizzling also luh so. ate at nihon miura again after that before going home. felt like shit, day 2.

shopping with godma cher and boss at tampines on sunday, and we all had ajisen tgt with nikko who happened to b shopping there too. gym after that was fruitful, my arms are aching~ felt quite okay! haha

and monday we didnt go to school. zzz. felt like shit day 3. we went and got my cheongsam altered in the evening, love it! cant wait for new year wooo.

so its school today, again. T.T borwwwing.

oh just rmbed smth funny. b was putting ant killers around the house last night and talking to the invisible soon-to-be-dead ants, saying stuffs like "they dont like to travel so i'll put one nearer to the door" and "antsy wentsy might want to eat on this table too" LOL. so cute T.T T.T

spent the whole of last weekend + the past 2 nights at boss' hse wooo!

saturday: went to scape baZAAR to find gel, then window shopped at heeren! ate the durian sago thing at dessert ministry. its presentation was just as bad as the first time i ate it LOL. but it tastes good lah.

then jogging at yck in the evening and nihon mura after that woots~

sunday: nuaed and played Sims 3 on b's iphone, and the vertical horizontal grinding game (LOL) until like 4 before going gym, then chionged to amk hub to watch shaolin! thought it was gonna be those action kind but who would have guessed that it was so sad! and i was totally NOT mentally prepared for an emo show so i cried buckets lor wtf ~.~ but it was pretty good!

monday was another boring dead school day, and i left my charger at b's hse DAMN. ended up staying for another night.

we were damn shag! (or at least ang and i were haha)

and today i didnt go to school lol first time ponning in a long time. went home while b went to school, then went to perm hair at my aunt's place with my godma, so it was amk - pasir ris - amk - pasir ris

but anw, i got a perm now! dont think its really nice tho, but its a change :D will post some zilian pics hahaha

teehee just came back from lunch at vienna with my mum and godma, awesomeness i almost burst woots! gai gai afterwards to digest our food and i bought a cheongsam for cny. YAYNESS!

and then he came over that night and bought me flowers and a bee! and its conveniently named B. hahaha but anw it was really really sweet cos i was like damn stressed that day and he just erased every bad feeling, disappeared before i can say *poof*

and ytd was the super busy day rawr. radio test and photo essay and all the projects piling up. DAMNIT i cant wait for the holidays.

i want to go for the wuhan photojournalism trip!! like really really bad, to the point of being willing to not meet boss for 5 weeks!! ITS 2 MODULES CLEARED if i complete it omg!! hope i get selected. dont think i will tho, my photog skills are limited to camwhoring shots LOL. but i still hope to get in! will worry about getting my hands on a DSLR after that. I WANT WUHAN ROARR!

argh so many things have been happening lately i havent had time to catch my breath or catch some good sleep. and cny is coming and i'm so not ready for it (as in the clothes part, the money and holiday part is anytime one) but anw, quite abit has been happened~

i lost my wallet on saturday lol. left it at j8 foodcourt! only realized that when we reached home. IC, ezlink, money and POLAROIDS! and the gtop sticker gel gave me, ALL GONE. and in my anxiety i dropped my phone for the first time ~.~

went downstairs to make police report, then realized that it was raining so we didnt go swimming (WAS SRSLY DAMN SIAN AT THAT POINT). went up and i wanted to rant about it when i realized that my lappy couldnt turn on!! srsly its like EVERY SINGLE THING was against me that night lor.

whats more imba was that it all happened within one hour. drama lah, like BAM BAM BAM.

kept whining to b and think it really irritated him haha BUT ITS MY WALLETY!! and to be fair he also keep whining about his leg. so there.

so on sunday we went ahead and went to jog/swim at yio chu kang. i ran 2.4km and srsly almost died. b finished his 3.2km like 5 minutes after me, can u imagine how horrible i was hahaha.

but swimming was fun! we two noobs splashing along the side of the pool cos we needed to be near the ledge hahaha. then when i was changing this fat boy (about 7 or 8) kept trying to look under my door LOL. i know im supposed to be like OI KUA SIMI KUA! KNN AI SEE AH! LER LAO BU DI TO LOH! and all but it was actually quite funny hahaha. but irritating ah tskk. kids these days

after that i had to go meet my group do work at bishan. kept hoping that the police would call but they didnt. SIAN. had sushi after that tgt w k2, b's mum treat hehe!

and monday morning when i was in radio sss called and said a woman found my wallet. CANT EXPRESS MY RELIEF OMG. went to meet her at toapayoh during break. she was damn niceeee!!! said her daughter was my age also, and refused to take the money i wanted to give her. (all my money was still inside lor!!)

i ❤ singapore for this lor. according to boss (he's really experienced in this field), 10 times u lose a wallet, 8 times will get it back one! where got such thing in other countries sia. uniquely singapore hehheh

and i also left my lappy with a hot malay guy at SIM's Popular on monday, got it back today! yayness, all my problems solved. just that now my com is reformatted and i dont have photoshop, word, and all the programs ~.~

so i cant upload pics cos i cant resize them. lazy to go find other programs, shall just do go download it tmr from it helpdesk.

Yesterday went to singapore island country club to take pictures for project. its prolly one of the 'richest' place i've ever been to wtf! felt damn suaku and out of place there lah. didnt bring my camera if not i sure take snap like crazy. the area around the country club is damn peaceful and grassy and picnic perfect!

went with ang (she's rich!!!!) and on the walk in i was like "omg omg wtf wtf"-ing away cos the houses in the area are like srsly nice. got this one super super big mansion, its the freakin biggest house i've ever seen lah! i still dont believe that one family stays there, wont until i actually see it myself!!! can fit 10 families comfortably inside lor wtf!

went into the clubhouse and zitao got staff come tell me cannot wear slippers inside LOL.
I'M POOR LAH WALAO, U CANT STOP THE POOR FROM WEARING THEIR POOR SLIPPERS RIGHT!!

so ang bring me to their changing room to borrow shoes. and omg their changing room is just omg lah. RICHNESS EVERYWHERE ZZZ. took pics of the ramen chef, and then went to the changing room to upload pics and nua. i overcame my fear of the usqueez foot massage thing teehee!

sweaty looking pictures, idk why i look so white wtf ~.~ anw we were stuck outside esplanade area while the rest were inside cos we went late, and when we reached the place was barricaded up alr cos, according to the guards, "inside full alr". like wtf. so we two walked all the way to mbs there to watch the fireworks, still pretty damn good :D
